Where 2 Or More Gather is a nonprofit social enterprise based in Escondido, California, overlooking the San Pasqual Valley. We operate a garden-based weddings and events space that serves as our primary source of sustainable revenue, allowing us to fund trauma-informed programs that support individuals and families in crisis.

We believe beauty, creativity, and meaningful work can be powerful tools for restoration — when paired with safety, dignity, and community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide immediate safety, creative restoration, and long-term pathways to stability for individuals impacted by abuse, exploitation, and trauma — while engaging the broader community in prevention, service, and healing.

We do this by combining:

• Earned income through weddings and events

• Community partnerships and volunteer support

• Donor-funded programs that address urgent and long-term needs

Our Social Enterprise Model

Weddings and events hosted at our garden are not separate from our mission — they make it possible.

Revenue generated through our garden weddings, micro weddings, and community events directly supports:

• Crisis stabilization and safe housing initiatives

• Trauma-informed creative retreats and vocational pathways

• Legal advocacy, prevention education, and survivor support services

This model allows us to reduce reliance on grants alone, build long-term sustainability, and steward donor resources responsibly.
